How to Retrieve Paid Invoice / Payment Receipt from Jambonz Portal?

I would like to check how I can retrieve/download a paid invoice or payment receipt from the Jambonz portal for payments that have already been made. I couldn’t find the option in the portal.

I tried to access via Stripe billing portal billing.stripe.com/p/login/eVqdR8gwT5sO6f19HubbG00. However, I have not received any email after attempting access.

@tiraci89 Sorry for the confusion I saw another support ticket for downloading invoices from a similar username.

I don’t see any record of your ticket from the 20th April, could you send a new email with the account name (email address) and we can manage it via the ticket process.
